We are delighted to have George and some of his choice musicians join us at Broderick’s on Saturday, July 25th.
George Murphy is a singer songwriter from Dublin who is steeped in tradition and heritage of the Irish songbook. Boasting #1 albums and collaborations down the years with some of Ireland’s best— The Dubliners, The Fureys, Aslan, etc. Murphy became a household name at a very young age.
Murphy spent a few years as a member of the international High Kings, but later decided to return to his folk roots and his solo career.
Touring now with his band assembled from a local pub session, George Murphy and The Rising Sons are wowing audiences all over Ireland.
